Abstract
Long-term alcohol use can result in health disorders ranging from dental and musculoskeletal problems to cirrhosis, gastrointestinal disorders, and severe cognitive deficits. This article will explore those and other sequelae of alcohol use, as well as evolving concepts in treatment of alcoholism.
